I have a questions. When i create all of my tabs for my servers, is there a way to save them so when i start RD Tabs back up the are already there?

It's a multistep process, but yes. Save each one as a favorite in a single folder. Go to tools->options->favorites, then set that folder as the startup folder. In the future, there will be better tools for doing exactly what you describe, such as saving an entire tab pane of tabs to a folder.
