I have RD Tabs full-screen on my secondary monitor.
I am trying to run my apps in 1024X768.
My desktop on that monitor is running in 1024X768 and I end up with a vertical and horizontal scroll bar. I am trying to get rid of the scroll bars if possible.
I see a row of tabs, and then underneath that is a section of connection info. Starts with Connected, Time, Screen Resolution, Security, Shared. Is there a way to remove that info?
Also, I noticed that as my automated scripts are running in one of the RD Tab windows that the Num Lock flickers on and off causing me to sometimes lose my number keys when I have focus on my main desktop. Is there a setting that will prevent this?

Thanks in advance for any help. 🙂

1. RD Tabs always has a thin bar at the top, at least for the tabs, so you have to account for this if you are specifying the resolution. When connected, RD Tabs will tell you the resolution of the remote desktop. The easiest way to get the custom window dimensions is to first connect using automatic width and height. Under the connection properties, go to Display, then select either "Fit to application window" or "Fit to tab pane." Once you have the exact dimensions, you can specify Custom without worrying about scrollbars. Alternatively, you can set the "scale down oversized desktop to always fit in tab pane (no scrollbars)" and the remote desktop will shrink to fit in the window, rather than showing scrollbars. Then you can use any desktop size you want and it will always fit.

2. The connection info tab can be made to disappear by checking "hide status bar while connected" on that same connection properties display page.

3. I don't understand the num lock question. Can you elaborate?
