I totally understand this:
But we need to get CTRL + ALT + END send keys support added to a menu option somewhere. "Why?" some may ask?

Because it's a common occurrence for me to remote into my development machine from another computer, on which I then have RD Tabs open to one or more development servers. CTRL + ALT + END poses a problem for me in that scenario since it gets captured by the first layer of remote desktop, when I need it to get to the servers.

Hopefully this won't be too much trouble to add in. I just dropped some dough in your can at 6:03am Central Standard Time. [-o( Long time user, first time comment poster and contributor. I really do like your program
