Thanks for the best RDP client!

One small suggestion, though, which would make it even better:

Now, the thumbnails are created when that window is opened, and are basically dead. It would be nice to be able to switch to thumbnail view to watch several sessions at once live. It doesn't have to be fully, frame by frame live, I would be fine with occasional updates at certain intervals, say 10 seconds or so. It would still be enough to keep watch on several sessions at once, in case an error message or something pops up.

I use RD Tabs for managing several servers, which I use as workhorses to dump heavy tasks on, tasks which may take hours to complete. Having live thumbnails would allow me to keep track of progress without constantly flipping between tabs.

I suspect most of the code already exist, it's mostly a matter of doing it on a timer event.

Screen capping the remote sessions is basically a hack. I can't do a live feed or RD Tabs would flicker and slow down like crazy. Even doing it at intervals would be slow.

There's a bug in the current version of RD Tabs with thumbnail view. I rewrote some code to make the remote session cease display traffic when it is minimized to be more efficient, so it has redraw before it can snap a thumbnail screenshot. Unfortunately, this means that a great deal of the time, the thumbnails are black or limited in view because I'm not waiting for that right now. I'll see what I can do for the next version.

Ah, I see. Still, it would be nice, even if only done on a longer interval, measured in minutes rather than seconds. That would make RD Tabs an excellent monitoring tool for multiple servers.

I'll just hope for it to happen in the future. Anyway, as I said, with or without live tabs, an excellent program!
